Is my financial information secure?
Absolutely. Ourly never stores credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified (the highest level of security certification in the payments industry). Your customers' payment data goes straight through Stripe's secure infrastructure, not through us.
How do payouts work?
When customers pay, Stripe deposits the funds directly to your bank account (minus their standard processing fees and Ourly's 1% platform fee). Most payouts arrive within a couple business days. You can track all payouts inside Ourly.
